不想因减息搭救投机者 盈利增长转弱捞底三思

Brian Wesbury: First, a rate cut of 25 or 50 basic points is not going to help homeowners stressed by exotic mortgages with steep rate re-sets. Second, a rate cut may actually increase the odds of recession. Rate cuts would ratify financial market expectations of a bailout; the same reason firms were willing to get over-leveraged and over-invested in housing in the first place. In turn, this would encourage further misallocations of credit.

While lending and liquidity issues are far from being sorted out, the market appears to have weathered the initial shock. At the same time, we again caution investors to be wary of valuations when hunting for bargains, as economic and corporate profit growth is easing after an extended period of outrunning projections. 養兵千日,用在一朝

In this month, the index like a crazy man, today is raise 1000 point and yesterday drop 1000 month. It causes many people lose a lot of money.

幸好,平時做功課,把握上星期大跌市入市的機會,
有好多時做人不可以講時不與你,只好怪你沒有把握到機會

雖然這個月,很多人被迫斬手指離場,我把握到機會進一步增強戰力,可能千兵易得,一將難求,看來都要靠OPTION, 雖然股票多,但有用的股票唔多.

From my point of view, 941 is number 1, 522 not bad, better than most of the stock.

黑暗之後,必有光明

一個月已經跌了大約3000點,因為之前一早放了,令我保留實力,揀肥而吃,
做了好多中移動,但有個問題, 錢多身,開始買入一些不太了解的行業的股票。


不過黑暗之後,必有光明,光明之後亦必有黑暗

股息的重要

早前看過一些分析股息及回購的分別,覺得股息STABLE 係好重要,不是話今年多,下年少,係STABLE 咁增長,不一定要高,但要STABLE, 因為STABLE 投資者有心理預期,令到風險較少.

現在慢慢儲一些高息及高增長的股,希望來年,股息可以達到15000-20000一年,以前以這個BASE 每年STABLE 增加10-15%.

記著,收息股並不是貪圖高息,而且原來用今天的價錢,係用15-20年回本的生意,係一些STABLE的生意
